We don’t always jump in place…oh no…we travel throughout the room. Rebound provides infinite opportunities to create fun choreography that allows us to move through the studio.  This allows for more challenging moves, a variety of steps and keeps the class fresh and interesting all while giving you a full body workout.

Rebound is not just working your legs.  It works your arms, shoulders, abs, hips and back.  It allows you to build strength, burn calories, increase endurance, works on balance and brings you a lot of “happy” and so much more.

Rebound keeps us hopping for sure…or should I say bouncing.
