Full weekend and late prep, but it’s done and ready for the week. Didn’t have much time and I needed really super simple and yum. ๐Ÿ˜‹

Made a trip in between errands to my favorite local produce store, @nalls_produce and picked up yellow squash, zucchini, portobello mushrooms, Brussel sprouts, red and green peppers, multi colored cherry tomatoes and cauliflower. Marinated it all in olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning with some hot pepper flakes. Let is sit for an hour and a half and roasted them up. Whipped up some quinoa and poof…lunch/dinner is ready to go. โ˜บ Picked up lemons, limes, pears and a pomegranate. Used it all in the water. ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฅญ๐Ÿˆ
PS bought a couple of Avocados too — going to make a batch of that Avocado chocolate pudding this week for a treat….soooo good and so simple.

Had to push through the “not today” in my head like I did Saturday after my Rebound class. A fabulous, and for me, a necessary stretch class follows my class. I had somewhere else to be, so started to blow it off. Getting ready to leave, I realized neglecting my well-being may be easy but not smart. So…a text later I walked into @zeal_dance_fitness stretch class and was glad I did. ๐Ÿ‘

Make a priority of making your well-being a priority! ๐Ÿค— Other “stuff” can usually wait a bit. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Take care of you…there is only one shot at this life…it’s a gift and a blessing…embrace it. The good, the bad, the yummy and the ugly are all a part of fabulous you! ๐ŸŒท
