Chilly fall day, super busy week ahead and wanted my prep to be super simply yum and comforting. Found a recipe from @simplenourishedliving and amended only a little.
A version of chicken pot pie that is made with low fat, low sodium, everything and set in yummy biscuit dough. Had enough left after I made the muffin size to make two larger versions. I have to say, they are quite tasty and nice portions. I will make it again but use fresh veggies I think.
Staying with the fall theme I used only orange, cranberries and lime in my water with a few basil leaves. Yummy. 👍
I always feel a bit victorious after I get my week’s prep complete…sort of like making my bed every morning …it let’s me start the week and the day with an accomplishment under my belt doing something good for me. 🌹
