I combined garlic, turmeric, and ginger and add fresh lemon and orange juice both benefits and taste.
Many years ago, a friend suggested I take echinacea and garlic when I was starting to get a cold. I learned then that garlic has a natural anti-viral capacity to it. I have found taking in fresh garlic has been very helpful in kicking the cold and other bugs faster.
Adding the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric and the many benefits of fresh ginger – including the ability to ward off germs, just made sense to me.
This is just me… I like this combination and it makes me feel good when I drink it. It is not for everyone for sure nor is this medical advice. Just a boost of good things that are good for me that I choose to enjoy.
